It won’t be pleasant of course, for those who do not support the use of food colourings. Of course, do ensure to limit the amount of stirring as much as possible! Even if the cake won’t be affected too much, we still want to ensure that we can produce the best quality! Even with some stirring to introduce and incorporate the pigments, it still works.
